Friendly community choir

Established in 1980, we are a friendly community choir who enjoy singing together. We sing a wide range of music and we meet every Wednesday evening in the Octagon inside Grassington Town Hall at the top of Main Street. We sing from 6.45pm to 8.30pm with a short half-time break.

We put on three concerts a year for the local community, which are popular social events.

There are no scary auditions, and no previous experience is required. However, we sing, and learn our pieces from sheet music, and reading music is therefore an advantage. We would encourage anyone who likes to sing to come and listen to one of our rehearsals before deciding whether to join us. This is a really fun way to spend one evening a week.
